Skill Training Class

India’s unemployment rate stands at 6.98% (CMIE). Lack of quality education and skills is a major factor. With over 60% youth under 25, skill training is vital.

HSSS runs 50–360 day certified vocational courses for youth (18–35) from underprivileged backgrounds, with job placement support via UPSDM and NSDC.

SHG Training

HSSS trains SHG women in advanced stitching, material procurement, and marketing. We promote:

  • Leadership skills and local entrepreneurship
  • Income generation using industrial machines
  • Market linkages and sustainability

Local Trade

We empower artisans like potters, cobblers, blacksmiths, and masons by:

  • Modernizing tools and methods
  • Linking with UPICON & IEDUP for training
  • Connecting to financial institutions for business credit

Special Education

We provide education and therapy under one roof for students with special needs:

  • Trained special educators and physiotherapists
  • Medical and educational integration
  • Focus on retention, inclusion, and dignity

Healthcare

HSSS runs a 100-bed charitable hospital to serve rural Jaunpur:

  • Low-cost consultation & medicines
  • Skilled staff and diagnostics
  • Focus on the poor and underserved
