Girls' Education
HSSS through its institute "Heisenberg Girls Institute of Advance Studies" has been focusing on mobilizing communities for girls’ education in Jaunpur (UP). We believe that the surest way to eliminate illiteracy, gender disparity, and poverty is by educating girls.
Poverty, illiterate parents, and patriarchy often hold girls back from reaching their potential. Many are forced into household duties instead of school. The pandemic worsened this, putting over 10 million girls at risk of dropping out due to financial hardships.
HSSS offers educational support and initiatives that have enabled girls from destitute backgrounds to pursue higher education. Our mission is to inspire economically weaker parents to send their daughters to school and empower them to achieve their dreams.
